Automated GitHub Actions FTP deployment failed with 530 Login incorrect immediately following new subdomain creation.

Root Cause Breakdown

Hostinger assigns a random initial FTP password on subdomain creation and provides no public API to update it. Workflow triggered before user manually set the credentials.
